All facilities are designed for all basic amenities, from electricity to running water with US/UK safety conventions to avoid hazardous plumbing leaks and electric/gas fires.
The costs we quote exclude land fees, power supply from the grid, and borehole drilling and could be reduced by opting out of various pieces of furniture and quality of work material in relation to guarantee duration.
The guarantee does not cover wear and tear that by nature and inescapably occurs as a result of normal wear, aging, negligence or constant use.
A: Our modular homes are designed in two versions and are both safer than the conventionally built homes as they are earthquake-proof and fire-proof.
Version #1 is built with precision from scratch where we build each of the mobile skeletal steel frames (corner supported for bungalows and wall supported for highrises) with (6 inches thick) concrete re-inforced flooring – off-site, in a climate control environment where they are never subjected to windy rain and/or excessive moisture – giving them the perfect condition to cure and get tested for stress and ensuring their capabilities to handle enormous pounds of pressure in every point and coating every steel in red oxide / anti-rust paint before transportation to building sites.
Version #2 takes no much time and does not require much safety concerns as per strength – just stability during assembling as our steel frames are from cargo shipping containers built with corten steel. Windows and doors spaces are cut precisely to floor plans and 3D drawings and assembled on-site to be cladded with CBB (Cement Backer Boards) on the exteriors – using the same CBB or drywall for the interior partitioning, meeting all Architects’ specifications.
Both versions are solid and can withstand an enormous force of impact
A: For a contracted estate built by us and managed by Homeowners Association(HOA), yes, we can always maintain the building with a contract with the HOA, not tenants directly on the condition that all invoices are handled and paid by the HOA as and when due.
A: We can only carry out the instruction(s) of the Mortgage Bank on units agreed to be built or a Staff Cooperative, as mobile homes – where we can (as usual by a court order) only move the house from the land of the loan defaulter to the land of the new (creditworthy) home buyer. As for the Nigerian semi-conventional ones that are fastened permanently to the foundation, it’s just got to be up to the bank to evict the owner as such units are not movable.
A: They all have a lifespan of over 50 years within US/UK safety conventions to avoid hazardous plumbing leaks and electric/gas fires with a 15-year guarantee and this approach of ours has been a perfectly effective way to accommodate 20+ million average/low-income earners and unemployed Americans since the financial crash of 1929. Most of the houses built for the US soldiers while returning from Europe after WW2 are still there today as they are well maintained. With good maintenance culture and compliance with our guides, they should last long.
